Aaron Joseph is a Leadership Development Director for SustainED Leaders. As a former principal, he led Edna Rowe Elementary to become Dallas ISD’s top performer in culture and climate and earned the Gold Ribbon Award from Children at Risk for outstanding student achievement and effectiveness. He also led the conversion of Edna Rowe into Buckner Terrace Montessori, one of Dallas ISD’s first public Montessori choice schools, expanding access to rigorous, student-centered learning. With experience as a network coordinator, assistant principal, instructional coach, and teacher, Aaron brings deep leader development expertise and a belief that when leaders grow, schools thrive. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Urban School Leadership from Southern Methodist University (SMU).
