Case Study: Duncanville ISD
During the 2025-2026 school year, SustainED Leaders partnered with Duncanville ISD to implement the Bluebonnet Learning K-5 Reading and Math curriculum. Through district-level strategic planning, customized implementation of the curriculum, and high-touch personalized coaching of school leaders and teachers, schools across the district experienced meaningful gains in academic achievement.

Side-by-Side Coaching & Support
Our team provides elbow-to-elbow coaching and support to district leaders, campus administrators, and teachers, working together to implement HQIM to drive strong student learning outcomes. We build leaders’ capacity to systematically improve the quality of teaching and learning in their school(s) by managing the implementation of PLCs, continuously analyzing and responding to teacher and student-level data, and providing differentiated coaching and support to teachers through observation and feedback systems.
Simultaneously, we work directly with teachers in side-by-side planning, co-teaching, observation and feedback, data analysis, and intentional customization of HQIM to meet the needs of every student.

Leading Internalization & PLC Meetings
We support and develop leaders to plan and facilitate impactful PLCs that support teachers to internalize, customize, and rehearse the HQIM. Through the internalization and PLC process, leaders deepen teachers’ content knowledge and support teachers to plan and implement engagement strategies that promote student-centered lessons.

We work closely with leaders to coach and develop teachers in strengthening their ability to implement high-quality instructional materials in a way that reaches all learners. All coaching is grounded in the science of learning and research-based instructional strategies to equip teachers to make the highest-leverage instructional decisions.
Additionally, our team works with school teams to differentiate coaching for all teachers, including real-time coaching, modeling lessons, co-teaching, and high-impact coaching cycles that lead to mastery of coaching action steps.

We build leaders’ capacity to plan and implement data meetings where teachers analyze assessment data and student work to identify opportunities to plan reteach and intervention lessons.
