Erin Hogan is a Leadership Development Director with SustainED Leaders. She previously served as Deputy Chief of Instructional Excellence at KIPP Public Schools, managing district-wide implementation of HQIM and supporting leaders across Texas. Erin also worked as a Leadership Development Partner with LiberatED Way, coaching principals on curriculum implementation, observation and feedback, and professional learning systems, and as Regional Managing Director of Instruction at IDEA Public Schools, leading her region from an F rating to an A rating by developing data systems and research-based instructional practices. Earlier, she served as Director of Leader Development at IDEA Public Schools and as an Assistant Principal and Instructional Leader with Uncommon Schools in Newark, coaching teachers and leaders and achieving sustained academic gains for students. Erin holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Special Education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
