Grace Jackson is a Managing Director for SustainED Leaders. Prior to this role, she spent 10 years at Uplift Education, serving as PYP Dean and Academic Director, where she supported curriculum and HQIM implementation and led school-wide improvement initiatives. She also worked as a Residency Mentor for the Summit Learning Teacher Residency program, coaching new teachers toward earning their credentials. Grace began her career in Dallas as a middle school science teacher at KIPP TRUTH Academy. She holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s from the University of Florida. Grace believes that empowering educators through mentorship and leadership development drives student learning and school success.
