Jessica Lemmer is an Instructional Manager for SustainED Leaders. With over a decade in public education, she has led campus-wide instructional improvement, coached teachers across grade levels, and driven significant gains in student achievement. Prior to joining SustainED, Jessica served as a Campus Coordinator and math instructional coach in Dallas ISD, and contributed to statewide curriculum development. She holds a Master’s in Urban Educational Leadership from SMU and is passionate about building strong systems that support teachers and accelerate student growth.
