Increase in School Accountablity Ratings

Our work in Texas districts and schools leads to accelerated student achievement for students which results in increased school and district accountability ratings (per TEA).

 

By helping districts and schools customize the implementation of HQIM, strengthen instructional systems at the district and school level, and build leader and teacher capacity, districts see measurable, sustained gains in student outcomes and improved accountability ratings.

Increasing Retention of Educators

Training, supporting, and retaining effective school leaders is essential to sustaining strong schools. As the principal role grows in complexity and demands increase, particularly with more leaders entering the role as novices, job-embedded coaching and development are critical to ensuring principals can have high impact, even in their first year. SustainED’s high-touch, personalized leader coaching helps meet leaders exactly where they are, in their context, accelerating growth by building upon their strengths and developing the highest-leverage instructional leadership competencies.​
