As Managing Director of Finance and Operations, Brian provides fiscal oversight and strategic leadership to ensure the organization’s long-term financial sustainability and effective internal operations in support of SustainED Leaders’ mission.
Prior to joining SustainED Leaders, Brian served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Leadership ISD and later The Concilio, overseeing all business functions, including finance and accounting, HR, operations, and technology. During both tenures, he strengthened organizational efficiency and effectiveness, leading to greater collaboration and deeper impact. At SustainED Leaders, Brian has implemented strong financial systems and operational processes that free up resources to enhance the organization’s instructional support.
