Caitlin Wright is a Managing Director for SustainED Leaders. She has led and taught students in grades PreK-8 for over 20 years, implementing HQIM across multiple schools. While working for San Bernardino City Unified School District, Caitlin taught dual immersion, served as campus Admin Designee, and participated in district curriculum committees. After relocating to Dallas, she completed the Ed Fellows program with Teaching Trust. Most recently, she spent eight years with Uplift Education, serving as Interventionist, MYP Dean, and a founding Academic Director, improving instructional systems and student outcomes. Caitlin holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Grambling State University. She believes that intentional coaching and structured systems support educators to reach their highest potential.
