Jacob Stainbrook is the CEO of SustainED Leaders. Before co-founding the organization, he served in senior leadership roles at multiple school districts, including Vice President of Schools at IDEA Tarrant County and Managing Director at Uplift Education. Jacob has coached leaders on curriculum and instructional materials implementation and led the turnaround of a low-performing middle school in Dallas, transforming it into one of the highest-rated middle schools in Texas. He has also worked as a national consultant at TNTP and taught instructional leadership courses to graduate students as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University. Jacob believes that strategic leadership and strong systems unlock school potential and transform student outcomes.
