Joi Rhodes is an Instructional Manager for SustainED Leaders, bringing over a decade of experience in the education sector. Her career is marked by a proven ability to drive significant academic improvement. As an Early Learning Specialist for Dallas ISD, she played a key role in elevating Reinhardt Elementary from a C to an A rating within a single school year. Joi’s experience spans both leadership and the classroom, having taught pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Multicultural Education from The University of New Mexico and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Concordia University Texas.
