Marina Guerra is a Leadership Development Director at SustainED Leaders. Before joining the organization, she served in Dallas ISD as an administrator, instructional coach, and teacher, implementing curriculum and instructional programs directly. During her leadership tenure, she contributed to moving a school from “Improvement Required” to a “B” rating in one academic year and later led the district’s highest-performing P-Tech program, which provides students with the opportunity to earn associate degrees while in high school. Marina holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Texas Christian University and an M.Ed. from Southern Methodist University in Educational Leadership with an Urban School Specialization. She believes that strategic instructional leadership drives equitable access to high-quality learning.
